Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Moody Orchid, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your order, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Proof of Purchase

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please submit a clear photo showing the issue with your refund or exchange request to [email protected]. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank and credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at [email protected]. and send the item to the return facility listed on your original shipping receipt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, mail it to the return facility listed on your original shipping receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
