Moody Orchid Publishing sells digital products and educational resources, including printable guides, workbooks, planners, checklists, toolkits, and other downloadable materials.
Most products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a product page says otherwise.
Yes. Most Moody Orchid products are digital downloads. After purchase, you receive access to the file through the checkout confirmation process and/or the email address used at checkout.

Most products are delivered as PDF files. Some products may also include ZIP files, fillable PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, audio files, or document files, depending on the product. The product page lists what is included before purchase.
A ZIP file is a compressed folder that may contain multiple files. If your purchase includes several guides, worksheets, templates, or bonuses, they may be delivered together in a ZIP file. To open it, download the ZIP file to your computer or device, then select “extract,” “unzip,” or “open,” depending on your device.
Orders & Downloads
Make sure the file has fully downloaded before opening it. PDF files usually open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, your browser, or another PDF reader.
For ZIP files, extract the folder before opening the individual files. If you are using a phone or tablet, you may need to save the file to your Files app, downloads folder, or cloud storage first.
Download limits may vary by product. Save your file after downloading so you can access it later.
If you purchased a product and are unable to access your file, contact us with your order details.
If you created an account during checkout, your downloads may be available through your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Printing & Use
Yes. Many Moody Orchid products can be used on a tablet with a PDF reader or note-taking app. Functionality may vary by app and device. If a product is designed to be fillable, the product description will say so.
Some products may include fillable PDF pages, but not all do. Check the product page to see whether fillable files are included. If a product is not fillable, you can still print it or use it digitally with a PDF annotation app.
You may print reasonable personal-use copies for your household unless the product page says otherwise. You may not upload, resell, publicly share, distribute, or reproduce the files for commercial use.
Not under a standard personal-use license. Personal use does not include sharing, reselling, or using the product with clients, students, employees, or workshop participants.

Licensing & Sharing
No. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, redistribute, upload, bundle, convert, or use Moody Orchid products in another commercial product without written permission. These limits apply unless the product page states otherwise.

Small quotations for ordinary personal reference are generally acceptable. Reproducing large sections, worksheets, templates, checklists, or full pages is not permitted without written permission. These limits apply unless the product page states otherwise.
Checkout & Payment
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment options may include credit card, debit card, or other methods supported by the checkout system.
Checkout is processed through the website’s payment system and payment processor. Moody Orchid Publishing does not ask you to send payment information by email or through contact forms.
Send a message on the FAQ page or through the Contact page. Include your name, the incorrect email address if you know it, the correct email address, the product name, and your order number if available.

Refunds & Cancellations
Digital orders usually cannot be canceled once the file has been delivered or accessed. If you believe there is an error with your order, contact us as soon as possible.
