Because our products are delivered electronically, this Refunds and Returns Policy explains when a refund may be available, when a sale becomes final, and how to request help if you experience a download or access problem.
Digital Products Only
Moody Orchid Publishing currently sells only digital products. No physical product is shipped.
Our products may include, but are not limited to:
PDF guides
Printable workbooks
Digital planners
Audiobook files
ZIP files
Templates
Checklists
Digital bundles
Downloadable educational resources
Because these are digital products, there are no physical returns.
When a Sale becomes final
A purchase is final once the digital product has been downloaded, opened, streamed, accessed, or otherwise made available for use through your order account, download link, customer account, or delivery method.
Before a product has been downloaded or accessed, you may contact us through the general contact form on our Contact Us page to request cancellation or refund review.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds unless one of the limited exceptions below applies.
Refunds before download or access
If you purchase a digital product but do not download, open, stream, or access it, you may request a refund review.

Your name
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The product purchased
A brief explanation of the request
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
If our order records show that the product has not been accessed, downloaded, opened, streamed, or otherwise made available for use, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Technical Problems and Delivery Issues
We want to ensure you receive the digital product you purchased. If you experience a technical problem, contact us through the general contact form on our Contact Us page.
We may offer replacement access, a corrected file, a new download link, troubleshooting support, or a refund when appropriate.
Technical issues may include:
A failed download link
A corrupted or unreadable file
The wrong file being delivered
A missing file from a purchased bundle
Duplicate billing for the same order
An accidental duplicate purchase
A payment-processing error
A file-access issue caused by our delivery system
A product that materially differs from the product description

Duplicate Purchases and Duplicate Charges

If our records confirm a duplicate purchase or duplicate charge, we may refund the duplicate transaction to the original payment method.
Wrong File or Missing File
If you receive the wrong digital file or a bundle is missing an included item, contact us through the general contact form on our Contact Us page.
If our records confirm the issue, we will provide the correct file, restore access, send a corrected download link, or issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
Corrupted or Defective Files
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, unreadable, or technically defective, contact us through the general contact form on our Contact Us page.
We may ask for a brief description of the issue so we can verify the problem and provide a corrected file or replacement access.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
The product has already been downloaded, opened, streamed, accessed, or used
The customer changes their mind after access or download
The customer no longer wants or needs the product
The customer expected a physical product when the product page stated that the item was digital
The customer did not read the product description before purchasing
The customer purchased the wrong product and then accessed or downloaded it
The customer lacks compatible software, apps, or devices to open standard digital files
The customer requests a refund after copying, sharing, printing, distributing, or using the product
The customer violates the personal-use license or redistribution restrictions
The customer missed a discount, coupon, sale, or promotional price after purchase
Personal Use License
Purchasing a Moody Orchid Publishing digital product gives the original buyer a personal-use license unless the product page states otherwise.
You may use the product for your own personal use.
You may print reasonable copies for your own personal use.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish, transfer, give away, bundle, modify for resale, use as a lead magnet, or convert the product into another commercial product without written permission from Moody Orchid Publishing.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution may result in loss of access without refund.
Audiobook and Streaming Access
If a product includes audiobook files, streamed audio, or audio access through the website, the sale becomes final once the audio file or stream has been accessed, opened, downloaded, played, or otherwise made available for use.

Download Access
Download links may be delivered via email, the order confirmation page, the customer account, or another digital delivery method.
Please save your files after purchase. We are not responsible for customer-side loss resulting from deleted emails, misplaced files, device changes, expired access credentials, or failure to save downloaded files.
If you cannot locate your download link, contact us via the general contact form on our Contact Us page, including your order number and the checkout email address you used.
Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment platform.
We do not control bank or payment-processor processing times after a refund has been issued.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Where applicable law gives you a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or price-reduction right, Moody Orchid Publishing honors those rights.
For digital products, your cancellation or withdrawal rights may end once you request immediate access, download, stream, open, or otherwise access the digital product, where permitted by applicable law.
